Welcome to NEVA 2009, LENEXPO Exhibition Complex.
The 10th International Exhibition for ship building, shipping, port activities, ocean and shelf developing NEVA 2009 will be started once again on September, 22-25th, 2009 St. Petersburg, Russia, Lenexpo Complex.
The "Technomarine JSC" participates in NEVA 2009 exhibition which is one of the well-known and in the ship-building industry. We will show operating equipment designed and produced by our company and exhibit both the technical and commercial information and services to be provided as it is usually the case this year.

Early December 2006, we completed all the works and services subject to development and retrofit installation of GLONASS/GPS Control Stations for the Astrakhan and Rostov-on-Don Ports, Russia. Under this project were made construction works, manufacturing, delivery and services of equipment installation including commissioning. Equipped sites turned over to the Customer.

Middle May 2006, the Industrial Federal Agency of Russian Federation made a decision to give our company licenses subject to engineering design, manufacturing and repair of aviation equipment including dual-capable aviation equipment.
The above mentioned licenses permit to provide engineering design, manufacturing and repair of aviation equipment including dual-capable aviation equipment as to the land-based radio homing aids and aircrafts landing, enforcing rules of the air and promotion of safety (EKPS 5821); electronic aids to radionavigation, position determining and attitude control systems over the land and sea, self-contained radionavigation equipment (EKPS 5826), also antenna systems and all the elements and units to be an integrated part of the present (EKPS 5985).

At the end of May we have won a federal tendered contracts and received as the general contractor a contracting notification issued by Federal Agency of Sea and River Transport of Russian Federation for the construction and modernization of GLONASS/GPS Control Stations for Astrakhan and Rostov-on-Don Ports, Russia.
Within a framework of the present contracts, having a project cost more than 25 million RUR, to be provided equipping and services on the turn-key basis including stages from a projects design to start-up, commissioning and training. All the works should be completed and turned over to the Customer at November 2006.

At the end of March 2006, we entered into the Goods and Services Outline Agreement with Exxon Neftegas Limited to provide technical support services for the Sakhalin-1 Project located off the north east coast of the Sakhalin Island in the Russian Far East.

The annual Exhibition of the companies and organizations having an office at the Kirov District of Saint-Petersburg city, named "Our work for our city" under the auspices of the Saint-Petersburg Government will be presented in the GAZA' Recreation Center, March 01, 2006 in Russia, Saint-Petersburg once again.

By the end of October 2005 we signed up the contract with MNP company – Onshore & Offshore Group (MNP Group) for manufacture, supplying and commissioning of Non Directional Beacon "Privod-3" and antenna system. This radio navigational equipment is intended for installation at the Shallow water pipelay barge "Castoro 12" ordered by Saipem SpA – Asset.

By the end of September 2005 we had finished the recertification of Technomarine JSC and had taken Correspondence Certificates, given by Interstate Aviation Committee, certified the Production Accordance of Technomarine JSC with Certification Requirements for the Manufacturers of Aerodrome and En-Route equipment.

Technomarine JSC has developed new product called NDB "YANTAR-1000". This beacon has some advantages and technological innovations – designed using a new element base using up-to-date microprocessors, highly reliable high-power transistors, touch-sensitive screens etc. The non-directional beacon can be as integrated part of any computer-controlled system. The "YANTAR-1000" having output power 1000W is intended for river fleet.
The NDB will be started as full-scale production at the beginning of next year, 2006.

In March 2005 we have won a federal tendered contract for the commissioning of a GLONASS/GPS Ñontrol Station for Port Tuapse, Russia. Within the framework of the present contract to be provided reequipping and modernization of integrated radio navigation equipment installed before.
As the general contractor under this contract we are responsible for such works as the project development, civil works and services of installation, manufacture and delivery of equipment including commissioning of the differential GNSS GLONASS/GPS complex equipment.
As the results can be pointed following advantages:
- Reduction to the ship navigation practice of differential subsystems which are able to provide an extensive sweep of problems solution (navigation of sea ships, surveillance of dangerous goods transportation, objects positioning);
- Possibility of raising the accuracy and reliability of navigational indications in the operation area of navigational positioning meeting to International Standards and Requirements in this field for wide types of customers;
- Rollout of satellite navigation high technology to provide in the standard mode the accuracy, necessary for the safety of navigation in narrow waters on the approaches to ports and in other water areas with restricted maneuverability to the effect ship-traffic control efficiency;
- Development of GLONASS/GPS home equipment to provide high-accuracy navigation;
- Adopting and performance of International Agreements as related both to the safety of navigation and an environmental protection.

By the end of January, 2005 near to the Ivanov Bor Township, Sheksna River, were completed commissioning and start-up works of non-directional beacon "YANTAR-2Ì-400" which one is the first GNSS GLONASS/GPS beacon for the River Fleet in Russia.
The beacon with output power 400 W and T-type antenna system with height 30 meters allow extending beacon coverage in complex-underlying surface of the inland-waterways. As was said before, this is the first DGLONASS/DGPS beacon for the River Fleet intended to provide differential signal transmission for Global Navigation Satellite System GLONASS/GPS.
The river beacon "Sheksna" and before mounted and commissioned maritime beacon “Shepeljovskij” (Gulf of Finland) will provide the receiving of positioning information during river ship motion along the Volga-Baltic Route.
The key Customer – Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation.
The following organizations are assisting in the work: NAVIS Co, Technomarine JSC, Saint-Petersburg State University for Water Communication, Basin Communication Center of the Volga-Baltic State Department of Waterways and Shipping, OKEANGEOFIZIKA Research Institute, EFIR Ltd, STROIKOMPLEKT Ltd.
